Rather harsh, i thought. But that was how Biscuit, a good friend of mine expressed his thoughts when i told him about this incident lately about a friend of mine going out with an ex. I really didn't give this incident much thought before Biscuit and i had this talk. The friend of mine (who went out with the ex) and i even talked about it in a very casual manner. We were even laughing.

But the coffee break with Biscuit really changed my way of thinking. ginulo pa utak ko eh.

On my way home, i felt sad. I know that somehow, my relationship with my friend will not be the same. Because for one, i know i wouldn't be able to talk to him about my ex in the manner i used to. And to think that i told him everything that the ex did to break my heart.

I just find this really weird. And a bit embarrassing.

Oh well. At least my friend and i could still talk about other things.

i saw 'troika' earlier, and for the first time, i couldn't tell if i like or didn't like a movie i saw.

Gordon(one of the lead characters), an engineer assigned to oversee operations in a mine site in Benguet reeked of the 'gay guy still hiding in the closet' vibe. His wife, Mara, didn't notice until their seventh anniversary. They have an autistic child. Man and woman meet Abner, the miner. Abner is very masculine. Really sexy.

Husband gets really aroused after seeing wife have sex with Abner. Husband also haves sex with Abner. Afterwards, he decides to get jealous, thinks that Abner is bad for relationship with wife, and fires Abner. Wife is angry, said that she did it beacuse she thinks that it would make husband happy. Husband and wife try to patch things up. Attempts at making love. But husband still couldn't get it up.

Husband and wife think they need a change in scenery and decide to go for an overnight camping trip in the mine site. on the trip to the site, they see Abner. Gordon is raving mad. Kid cries, keeps repeating two words: tito Abner. Husband and wife's hearts melts upon seeing child. After a split second, the three adult characters goof around like kids in prep school.

The night beckons. It's cold. Wife decides to wear lingerie (we laughed when we saw this), Abner is in bahag, dancing. Gordon gets all horny. They make love in front of aroused wife. They make love until morning. They forget about the kid. Kid wakes up. Kid loves to play with lighter. Goes to cave where he sees the three having sex. Kid is shocked, drops lighter strategically where the dynamites are placed. The movie ended with the three lead characters in bits and pieces.

Oh well. At least they died happy.
